We act as an independent travel agency, offering:

• Custom itineraries and personalized recommendations

2. Fees & Payments

• Travel Planning Fee (if applicable): A non-refundable fee may be charged for itinerary planning and consultation. This fee does not guarantee ticket or reservation availability.

• Booking Payments: Full or partial payment may be required to secure reservations. Prices are subject to change until payment is completed.

• Third-Party Costs: We are not responsible for additional fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airlines, hotels, etc.). You are responsible for any penalties or fees imposed by third parties.

• Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to supplier policies. We do not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to utilize booked services may result in forfeiture of payments.

4. Travel Documentation & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documents.

• We are not liable for denied entry, delays, or interruptions due to improper documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.

  • Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel.

  • Errors or omissions by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

• Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the affected service.

6. Prohibited Activities & Illegal Transport

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, national, and international laws regarding the transport of goods. This includes but is not limited to narcotics, drugs, or controlled substances (prescription or recreational); weapons, firearms, or hazardous materials; endangered species, cultural artifacts, or restricted agricultural products; and any item deemed illegal in your destination or transit countries.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Our agency does not condone, facilitate, or assume liability for the illegal transport of any item. If you attempt to use our services to book travel for unlawful purposes (such as drug trafficking), we reserve the right to cancel your bookings immediately without refund and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Client Responsibility
You agree that all prescription medications must be declared and accompanied by a doctor’s note. You must research customs regulations for all destinations, as items like CBD oil, drones, and certain over-the-counter medications may be prohibited. We are not liable for arrests, fines, confiscations, or travel disruptions arising from illegal items in your possession.

No Refunds for Illegal Acts
No refunds will be issued for trips interrupted or canceled due to violations of this clause.

Authority Cooperation
We will fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving illegal activities tied to your travel arrangements.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, wars, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Dispute Resolution
